Please allow 1 to 3 weeks. After your order is complete, you will be contacted with a delivery date. All orders are subject to California State Sales Tax (where applicable) and a $20.00 shipping charge. All shipments will be made through the United Parcel Service (UPS) or USP Express Service, registered and insured. Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Returns:
C.B. Hood Diamond Company hopes your jewelry purchase has exceeded your expectations. C.B. Hood Diamond Company will allow a full unconditional refund, credit or exchange on internet orders, minus any shipping charges, for items purchased if returned within 10 days in its original condition and assuming items have not been altered or damaged in any way, accompanied by the original box and receipt. Items must be returned registered and insured to C.B. Hood, 2318 So. Broadway, Santa Maria, California 93454.
